What services do you provide? – Corporate Focus Media Studios provides event and conference photography and videography, on-site headshot stations, corporate headshots, and video production: recap videos, interviews and testimonials, brand videos, and live event/session recording.

Do you travel? — Yes. Our creatives can shoot your event, big or small, anywhere in the U.S. and abroad. We’ve covered conferences and events nationally and internationally, and would love to work with you.

Do you charge travel fees? – We charge our hourly or daily rate plus hotel rooms for anyone on site. All other travel costs (flights, rideshares, meals, rental cars, baggage fees, etc.) are included.

Do you offer same-day photo and video editing? — Yes. We can do same-day edits for some projects (event highlights, headshots) by request. Availability is limited and extra fees apply, so tell us during planning.

Do you provide both RAW files and edited deliverables? - Yes. We deliver fully edited photos and videos. RAW files are available for an extra fee to cover transfer and management.

How long will it take to get the final photos and videos? Photos: usually 5 business days. Videos: usually about 2 weeks, depending on project complexity. Have a deadline? Tell us, and we’ll try to meet it.

How early should we book you for our event? — As early as possible. We’ll hold your date only after we receive a signed contract and deposit. Dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
